Care Synergy CEO Tim Bowen Joins Hospice Leaders from Across the Country for Collaboration and Shared Learning

The future of hospice and serious illness care is strengthened when organizations come together to share knowledge, exchange ideas and learn from one another.

Care Synergy CEO Tim Bowen recently joined hospice leaders from across the country for a visit with Care Dimensions, providing a valuable opportunity to connect with colleagues who share a commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients and families.

The gathering included representatives from LifeTouch Health, Midland Care Connection, Empath Health, Everent Health, Transitions LifeCare, Community Healthcare of Texas and Care Synergy.

Sharing Ideas and Best Practices

Bringing together leaders from like-minded hospice organizations creates opportunities to discuss industry challenges, exchange best practices and explore new ways to respond to the changing needs of patients and families.

During the visit, Care Dimensions welcomed the group for a tour of the Kaplan Family Hospice House and an overview of its programs and services. Participants had the opportunity to see firsthand the environment, resources and compassionate care that support patients and families throughout their hospice journey.

The visit also included time with the Care Dimensions Executive Leadership Team and a trolley tour of Salem, Massachusetts, offering guests a chance to experience the city's history and seasonal festivities.

Strengthening the Future of Hospice Care Together

Opportunities like this reinforce the importance of collaboration across the hospice community. While each organization serves its own unique communities, sharing experiences and perspectives helps everyone learn, grow and identify opportunities to strengthen care.

For Care Synergy, these relationships are an important part of our ongoing commitment to advancing hospice and serious illness care and ensuring patients and families receive the support they deserve.

We extend our sincere thanks to Care Dimensions for hosting the group and providing such a wonderful opportunity to connect and learn together.

We are proud to be part of a national network of hospice leaders working toward a shared purpose: making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families.
