Better Together: CVNA and The Denver Hospice Partner to Bring Foot Care to Patients
Sometimes, it's the little things that make a big difference.
Colorado Visiting Nurse Association (CVNA) and The Denver Hospice (TDH), both Care Synergy affiliates, have partnered to bring CVNA's foot care services to TDH patients, providing another layer of thoughtful, compassionate support.
Foot care is an important part of overall health and well-being, particularly for older adults, yet it's often overlooked. Foot discomfort and other foot care concerns can affect mobility, daily activities and overall quality of life. Having access to appropriate foot care can help older adults feel more comfortable and supported.
Through this partnership, CVNA is bringing its foot care services directly to TDH patients, helping address an important aspect of their comfort and care.
Collaboration That Makes a Difference
One of the strengths of the Care Synergy network is the opportunity for affiliates to work together, sharing expertise and services to better meet the needs of the people they serve.
The partnership between CVNA and The Denver Hospice is a wonderful example. By recognizing an opportunity to bring an additional service to TDH patients, the two organizations are demonstrating how collaboration can help make care more comprehensive and responsive to individual needs.
It's a reminder that quality care isn't always about the big things. Sometimes, it's about recognizing an overlooked need and finding a way to address it.
We're proud of the collaboration between these two affiliates and the difference it can make for the patients and families we serve.
