Colorado PACE Resource Fair Connects Participants With Valuable Community Resources

Colorado PACE recently hosted a Resource Fair designed to connect participants age 55+ and their authorized representatives with information, assistance and community resources.

The event brought together providers and community resources to give participants and their families an opportunity to learn more about programs and services that may be available to them.

Information, Assistance and Connections

During the Resource Fair, participants had the opportunity to explore resources related to:
  • Long-Term Care Medicaid renewal assistance
  • Benefits education
  • Community services and resources
  • Programs and support available to older adults
Navigating benefits and community resources can sometimes feel overwhelming. Understanding eligibility, renewal requirements and the many services available can also raise questions for participants and their families.

The Resource Fair created a welcoming environment where participants and authorized representatives could ask questions, connect directly with knowledgeable resource providers and gather information to help them access the support they need.

Strengthening Community Connections

Events like this are an important opportunity to bring resources directly to the people and families who may benefit from them. They also highlight the value of collaboration between PACE and community organizations that share a commitment to supporting older adults.

A special thank-you goes to all of the providers and community partners who participated in the Colorado PACE Resource Fair. We appreciate you sharing your time, expertise and resources with our participants and helping make these connections possible.

Your partnership helps expand the network of support available to older adults and their families and strengthens our collective ability to connect people with the services and resources they need.
We’re grateful to everyone who participated and helped make the Resource Fair a success—and we look forward to continuing to build connections that benefit our participants and the communities we serve.
