Learning, Connecting and Growing: Colorado PACE Invests in Professional Development

At Colorado PACE, providing high-quality, person-centered care means continually learning, sharing ideas and exploring new perspectives. Professional development and collaboration help our team stay engaged with evolving practices, strengthen relationships across industries and identify opportunities to better serve the older adults in our community.

Recently, members of the Colorado PACE team attended two professional gatherings: the 2026 National PACE Association (NPA) Annual Conference and the 2026 HUB Colorado Leadership Summit.

Learning From Industry Experts and Thought Leaders

Professional conferences and leadership summits offer more than an opportunity to step away from day-to-day responsibilities. They create space to explore new ideas, learn from experienced professionals and engage in conversations that can influence the future of health care and leadership.

The National PACE Association Annual Conference brings together professionals connected to the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), offering opportunities to exchange knowledge and perspectives related to the model of care and the needs of the populations it serves.

The HUB Colorado Leadership Summit provides another setting for professional engagement, bringing leaders together to share perspectives and learn from others navigating today's business and leadership challenges.

Attending both events gave Colorado PACE team members opportunities to engage with professionals from different backgrounds, expand their knowledge and consider new approaches to their work.

The Value of Networking and Collaboration

Building relationships with colleagues and thought leaders is an important part of professional growth. Conversations with others who bring different experiences and expertise can spark new ideas, challenge assumptions and offer fresh perspectives on familiar challenges.

These connections also reinforce the value of collaboration. In health care, improving outcomes takes a collective effort, with professionals sharing knowledge and working together toward common goals.

Bringing New Perspectives Back to Our Community

At Colorado PACE, learning is an ongoing commitment. Our team works to provide comprehensive, compassionate care that supports older adults in maintaining their health, independence and quality of life.

By participating in professional conferences and leadership events, our team invests in the knowledge, relationships and perspectives that support this mission.

The insights gained through these experiences can help inform our work, strengthen our approach to care and inspire continued improvement.

We’re proud of our team’s commitment to learning, networking and engaging with thought leaders. These opportunities help us grow as professionals and continue working toward healthier communities for the older adults we serve.
