Celebrating the People Who Make Care Synergy Strong
Last week, Care Synergy gathered for the first annual Care Synergy Service Awards Celebration, bringing employees from across the Network together to celebrate an important part of what makes our organization special: our people.
During the event, employees were recognized for milestone anniversaries ranging from five to 30 years of service. While not everyone celebrating a milestone was able to attend the celebration, each honoree is an important part of the Care Synergy story and deserves to be recognized.
An organization’s greatest strength is its people. Celebrating years of service is about more than recognizing milestones. It’s about honoring the commitment, passion and trust that have helped build our culture and shape the way we care for others.

We are deeply grateful to every employee who has chosen to make Care Synergy part of their life’s work. Whether they were able to join us for the celebration or were celebrating from elsewhere, each of these employees has made a meaningful contribution to our Network and the people we serve.
