Care Synergy Celebrates 555 Years of Service at First Annual Service Awards Celebration
Care Synergy recently celebrated an extraordinary milestone: 63 employees representing a combined 555 years of service to patients, families and communities across Colorado.
At the organization's first annual Care Synergy Service Awards Celebration, employees were recognized for reaching 5-, 10-, 15-, 20-, 25- and 30-year work anniversaries. The celebration honored the dedication of employees across the Care Synergy Network who have spent years making a difference through hospice, palliative care and other community-based healthcare services.
While 555 years is an impressive number, each year represents something much more meaningful: a commitment to caring for people when they need it most.
Celebrating the People Behind Care Synergy's Mission
An organization's greatest strength is its people.
For Care Synergy and its Affiliates, that means the nurses, social workers, chaplains, physicians, aides, therapists, volunteers, administrative professionals and countless others who work together to support patients, families and communities.
Years of service reflect more than longevity. They represent relationships built with patients and families, partnerships developed in communities, knowledge shared with colleagues and the compassion brought to every interaction.
The Service Awards Celebration was an opportunity to pause and recognize the people whose dedication has helped shape Care Synergy and its culture of compassionate care.

One of the highlights of the celebration was the debut of a special video featuring employees from across Care Synergy Affiliates.
In the video, employees share their stories and talk about why their work is meaningful to them and to the communities they serve. Their perspectives provide a personal look at the many reasons people choose careers in hospice, palliative care and community-based healthcare.
From supporting patients and families through life's most difficult moments to helping older adults remain connected to their communities and live as independently as possible, Care Synergy employees make a difference in countless ways every day.
Their stories also demonstrate the breadth of services provided throughout the Care Synergy Network and the many professionals who contribute to compassionate, person-centered care.
