The Pathways team recently welcomed Care Synergy CEO-Elect Tricia Ford for an all-staff meeting focused on celebrating the organization's many accomplishments over the past year and looking ahead to an exciting future.

The gathering recognized the dedication, compassion, and hard work of employees whose commitment has helped Pathways continue to provide exceptional care and support to patients and families throughout Northern Colorado.

Just as important as celebrating past successes was the opportunity to discuss the road ahead. Tricia shared an inspiring vision for the future while reinforcing her commitment to open, transparent communication and collaborative leadership. Throughout the meeting, she encouraged questions, welcomed dialogue, and emphasized that the best ideas and strongest organizations are built when leaders listen and employees feel empowered to contribute.
