SME and Care Synergy began their joint venture in 2024, and the partnership has now grown to cover the entire Care Synergy enterprise footprint. With a fully staffed team, streamlined processes, and a shared commitment to service excellence, the organization has become an increasingly valuable partner to Care Synergy Affiliates and the communities they serve.
