Pikes Peak Hospice & Palliative Care Supports Veterans at Honoring the Brave Golf Tournament
Community Partners Come Together to Celebrate and Support Colorado's Service Members, Veterans, and Military Families
Pikes Peak Hospice & Palliative Care was proud to participate as a Bronze Sponsor of the Home Front Military Network Honoring the Brave Golf Tournament, held at Cheyenne Shadows Golf Club on Fort Carson.
The annual event brings together community organizations, supporters, veterans, and military families for a day of camaraderie, appreciation, and connection. As an organization committed to serving veterans and their loved ones, Pikes Peak Hospice & Palliative Care was honored to support an event that recognizes the sacrifices and contributions of those who have served our nation.
One of the highlights of the day was the opportunity to host four local veterans, who enjoyed time on the course while connecting with fellow participants and community members. Events like these create meaningful opportunities to foster relationships, strengthen support networks, and celebrate the service of military heroes throughout the Colorado Springs region.
Pikes Peak Hospice & Palliative Care is also proud to partner with Home Front Military Network, a nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting military members, veterans, and their families with critical resources, emergency assistance, and support services. Through collaboration with community partners, Home Front Military Network helps ensure that those who have served have access to the care and resources they need.
