Pathways invites families, friends, caregivers, and community members to join us for our Annual Summer Memorial Service & Butterfly Release on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at the Pathways Campus in Fort Collins, Colorado.
This meaningful event offers an opportunity to gather in remembrance of loved ones who have passed while finding comfort, connection, and support among others who share similar experiences of loss.
Two services will be offered to accommodate attendees:
Saturday, July 25, 2026
Location
Pathways Campus
305 Carpenter Road
Fort Collins, CO 80525
The memorial service will feature music, a message from Pathways hospice staff, and a butterfly release honoring those who are no longer with us. Butterflies have long served as symbols of transformation, hope, and enduring love, making this tradition a powerful tribute to cherished memories.
Following each service, guests are invited to attend a reception where they can connect with others, share stories, and receive support in a welcoming and compassionate environment.
The event is free and open to the public. Those who wish to participate in the butterfly release may purchase a butterfly for a small fee.
