Colorado PACE Participant Satisfaction Survey Shows Strong Support for Independent Living

More than half of survey respondents report living independently, highlighting the impact of coordinated care through Colorado’s PACE program.

Colorado PACE Survey Results Highlight Participant Satisfaction and Independence
Colorado PACE recently received the results from its first Annual Participant Satisfaction Survey, offering valuable insight into how the program is supporting older adults across the region.

The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with participants sharing experiences that demonstrate the impact of coordinated care, personalized support, and comprehensive services designed to help older adults remain safe, healthy, and independent.

One key finding stood out: more than 50% of participants who responded to the survey reported that they are living independently.

Supporting Independence Through the PACE Model of Care
The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is designed to help older adults maintain independence while receiving the medical care and supportive services they need.

Colorado PACE provides coordinated healthcare, social services, rehabilitation support, and other resources that allow participants to continue living in their homes and communities whenever possible.

The survey results demonstrate that this model is working. By focusing on whole-person care and individualized support, Colorado PACE helps participants maintain autonomy and quality of life.

Listening to Participants and Improving Care
Participant feedback is an important part of ensuring that programs continue to meet the needs of the people they serve. The Annual Participant Satisfaction Survey helps Colorado PACE better understand participants’ experiences and identify opportunities to enhance services.

These early results reflect both the strength of the PACE model and the dedication of the care teams who support participants every day.

Helping Older Adults Age in Place
For many older adults, the ability to remain in their own home is closely connected to dignity, comfort, and overall well-being. Programs like Colorado PACE play an important role in making aging in place possible.

By providing coordinated care and supportive services, Colorado PACE empowers participants to maintain independence while receiving the medical and social support they need.
