Welcoming Dr. Kristin Ann Keefe as Care Synergy’s New Chief Medical Officer
Experienced national hospice and palliative care leader brings decades of clinical and executive expertise to organization
Care Synergy is proud to welcome Kristin Ann Keefe, MD, as our new Chief Medical Officer—a physician leader whose career reflects a deep commitment to compassionate, high-quality hospice and palliative care.
Dr. Keefe joins Care Synergy with decades of experience caring for patients and families across the country, as well as leading complex hospice and palliative care programs in both community and health-system settings. Board-certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine, she has served as Chief Medical Officer and Medical Director for multiple organizations and is widely respected for her clinical excellence, collaborative leadership style, and dedication to education.
In her role at Care Synergy, Dr. Keefe will work closely with clinical and operational leaders to guide medical strategy, support physician recruitment and development, ensure regulatory excellence, and strengthen relationships with healthcare partners throughout the community. She will also play a key role in advancing Care Synergy’s mission through outreach, education, and advocacy for hospice and palliative care.
